Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 2026
1. General Overview
These terms apply to all sales made through Isotope Chillies (operated by Liam Dalby-Lansdown). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Seeds & Product Information
All chilli seeds supplied are intended for home gardening and non-commercial propagation unless explicitly agreed otherwise. While we conduct germination testing to ensure high quality (95%+ target), germination rates depend heavily on environmental conditions beyond our control (temperature, moisture, soil mix).
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full at the time of order through our available online payment gateways. Delivery costs are calculated and clearly shown prior to checkout completion.
4. Delivery & Customs
We dispatch seeds from the UK worldwide. International buyers are responsible for ensuring that chilli seeds can legally be imported into their destination country and for paying any local customs duties or import taxes.
