Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 14-Day Cancellation Right (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To declare a cancellation, notify us by email at liam@isotopechillies.co.uk with your order number, or simply add a comment to your order via the link contained in your order email.

2. Returning Items

Once you notify us of your cancellation, you must return the items to us within 14 days. Seed packets must be unopened and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the items received were faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof of dispatch. Refunds will include standard outbound delivery costs and will be credited using your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Non-Germinating Seeds

If items arrive damaged or faulty, contact us immediately with photos. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund for defective goods.
