The Leopard Reaper is a bit of a mystery to me.
I found this plant growing amongst Carolina Reaper and Trinidad Scorpion seedlings in 2021, back in my early days of growing chillies.
The strange thing was, I didn't have any dark foliage peppers at the time - and neither did the seller I bought the seeds from. I grew out a couple of generations, and found that the shape and flavour was consistent. Leopard Reaper was the best match for the name, but I can't say for 100% certainty if this is one and the same.
What I can say though, is that this is a delicious pepper! And very hot. It goes well with anything, delivering a classic fruity flavour.
