A staple yellow annuum cultivar that is famed for its high heat level, deliciosu bright flavour, and productive nature.
This cultivar produces a low canopy, extremely productive with many pods even on a small plant. The pods are meaty and can definitely be well suited for cowboy candy or sauce filler.
The flavour is excellent, sweet and bright, but also full of the flavour of hotter annuums, with that sharp kick of heat really complimenting the sweetness.
This pepper was developed by the University of New Mexico by crossing the Permagreen bell pepper and the Early Jalapeno.
