This variety has its roots in South America, specifically Brazil. This is one of the most sought after peppers for new growers, and for good reason too! I would recommend this to both new and seasoned growers.
The flavour of this pepper is out of this world; quintessentially baccatum flavoured, with strong hints of red apple and some citrus notes too. The heat is high, and hits hard, so prepare yourself. Dried, the flavour totally transforms, bringing out more tropical flavours and accentuating the fresh flavour.
The growth habits of this pepper are wild; with long, sprawling branches, you will struggle to control it. I overwintered one in my office one year, and the main stem was over 50cm tall before it branched. I grew this pepper in 2021, 2022, and 2023, but these seeds are from PhishIsMyChurch's 2022 grow.
