A stunningly attractive yellow ripening Capsicum baccatum cultivar with meaty, delicious pods.
Every time I grow this variety I'm amazed at how productive it is! Every flower turns into a pod, every pod fills out. It grows comically tall, always taller than its neighbours, even at the seedling stage.
The flavour is great, reminiscent of typical baccatum flavour, with a little sweetness. It's great roasted and blended into a sauce with some garlic and onion.
