The Cajun Bell pepper is a visually striking c. Annuum cultivar, with a shape and size similar to traditional bell peppers. These peppers typically grow to about 2 to 3 inches in length and have a slightly tapered form. What sets them apart is their eye-catching colour transformation as they ripen. Cajun Bells start as a glossy green and gradually transition through shades of yellow and orange before maturing into a deep red.
